Lease non-renewal


To: Bob Barker

We regret to inform you that we are unable to renew your lease of 100 Universal City Plaza, Universal City CA We must terminate our tenancy agreement on its expiration date of January 1, 2022 Should you and all other occupants vacate and remove all belongings from the premises on or before the date of January 1, 2022, we will inspect the condition of the unit and promptly return any security deposit accordingly. Upon exiting, please put your keys to the unit in the drop box or leaving in the unit.

Alternatively, should you fail to vacate by January 1, 2022, you will be considered a holdover tenant continuing to occupy the unit after your rental term has expired and a summary proceeding to remove you from the premises will be commenced. Should this be necessary, demand will also be made for the value of your use and occupancy of the premises during such holding-over, together with other damages and court costs. You would have the right to defend the action in court at that time. We sincerely hope this will not be necessary.

Please also be aware that immediate entry into the premises by Your account name, or its representatives may be necessary to adequately inspect, manage and re-rent the premises. We will make all attempts to provide reasonable notice of such entry so please keep an eye out for correspondence indicating entry is scheduled.
